ESI Full Form is Employees State Insurance. It is a social security programme for the workers in India.  It is managed by Employees State Insurance Corporation.  which is an autonomous corporation under Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. ESIC manages their customers through the large network of their offices in India.  The workers are provided with a certain type of smart cards to avail them with medical facilities and cash benefits.
