PGT Full Form is Post Graduate Teacher. It is the abbreviated term for Post Graduate Teacher. Post Graduate Teacher is a category of teachers which are qualified to teach the students of senior classes in school. A PGT candidate  must have passed post-graduation with at least 50% marks in the respective subject and he also must have the degree of B.E.d.
