GPA Full Form is Grade Point Average. It is the calculated on scale of 4.0,and it verifies all of the grades or marks obtained during his whole educational journey. It is a measure of student's performance through out the academic session. one alarming factor is also that, women professionals with higher GPAs are mostly paid less than men who have notably lower  GPAs.
